The auction at each reunion has always been a highlight of our coming together. It is also an important way that we fund our reunion expenses. In the effort to improve on the auction, at this coming reunion we are asking people to bring quality items. Some examples of popular items have been handcrafted items, items connected to Grannie and Pop, and homemade goodies.
We will NOT have a kids only auction this year, but will include kid auction items among the other auction items. So please bring some good kid-friendly items for the auction, and parents, grandparents, give your kids and grandkids some money to use during the auction. I have included the ages and gender of all kids on the registration page, so you will have an idea about what kinds of items to bring for them.
Garry Walsmith and Stanley McCarty will lead the auction, which will be held on Saturday after supper at the Pavilion by the river.
