Camp Sequoia is located at:

Hunt, TX 78024
NOTE: Camp Sequoia is smoke-free, vape-free, alcohol-free, and pet-free.
Sleeping Accommodations:
Camp Sequoia has beds for a total of 72 people. Registration will be on a "first come, first serve" basis. Boys & Girls bunk rooms each sleep 22. Bunk beds are all twin-size beds. Each 'dorm' has 2 showers, 2 toilets, and 2 sinks.

There are also 3 cabins that include double and twin beds, kitchen facilities, and restrooms. These would be most appropriate for whole families. Participants who are assigned to the cabins will not be able to use the refrigerators for themselves. We will need every refrigerator and possibly the stoves as well for the main meals.

There are areas where tents can be put up and some families may want to rent a motel to sleep in during the reunion, which is fine. There are cabins to rent on Verbo and the WorldMark Hunt - Stablewood Springs Resort in Ingram.
Dining Hall:
There is a nice-sized main kitchen with all appliances and a serving area, which is adjacent to the dining area with space for eating both inside and outside. Several additional tables and chairs, as well as an extra-large refrigerator, are available to us. There are outdoor grills and a large smoker.

Recreation:
There are many outdoor grassy spaces, including a basketball court, fire pits, a bonfire pit with rock seating, and decking in several areas, some overlooking the river. Amenities include horse shoes, nine square, gaga ball, corn hole, ping pong table, pool table, a half court basketball hoop, puzzles, games, etc.

The Guadalupe River runs through the camp. Kayaks, canoes, and paddle boats are available to use. There is a rope swing. Fish are plentiful, so you are free to fish if you have a license. The water is so clear you can see the river bottom.
The Pavilion by the River:
A really nice pavilion-type outdoor area with lighting and ceiling fans overlook the river. It has pews and picnic tables. It would be perfect for meals on the river, a talent show, and the auction.

What families will need to bring:
- Yourselves, your kids, your grandkids, and your great-grandkids
- Non-perishable snacks for our snack table We won't have room for you to bring things that require refrigeration. We will set this up in the dining room for snacking all day.
- We will provide coffee, tea, and lemonade. If you want soft drinks you will need to bring your own in an ice chest.
- Bedding
- Water shoes, beach towels, swimsuits for river activities and life jackets
- Night-vision binoculars if you have them. There are lots of wildlife around that you may want to see. I'm not sure if we will let you use them during "kick the can."
- Nice Auction items for kids and adults. The auction has been a tradition since 2002. It is what pays for our food for the reunion, flowers for funerals, etc.
