We will be in need of several teams to help make the reunion happen. Below is a list of the teams needed and a description of their responsibilities. To volunteer to serve on a team, click HERE.
Meat Smoking Team - The camp has a big smoker with plenty of wood for us to use to smoke meat. We would like to cook five to seven briskets all night Friday night to be ready for lunch on Saturday. On Saturday morning, I am thinking we can add the sausage that is for lunch and the chicken that is for supper. I am told that Butch Walsmith would make a great leader for this. I hope you are willing, Butch. He will need a team of people for this because it is a lot of work.

Friday Night Meal Team - This team will be responsible for using the camp grill to cook hamburgers, slice tomatoes, onions, lettuce, pickles, etc. The kids can use weenie roasters to cook their hot dogs over the fire pit.

Wahoo Tournament Team - We will have a Wahoo Tournament from 7 to 9 p.m. on Friday. This team will be responsible for organizing the game materials, managing the brackets as the tournament progresses, and determining the winning team.

Friday River Team - This team will assume responsibility for getting out the canoes, kayaks and oars; and unlocking the paddle boats so that they might be used. They will also be responsible for making sure that everything is put away and locked up at the end of the day.

Stories & S'mores Team - We will have S'mores and have stories around a campfire on Friday night at 9:30 p.m. This team will assume responsibility for coordinating the items provided for making s'mores and the team leader will moderate the sharing of stories around the fire that evening.

Friday Burn Team - The camp has burn barrels that we will need to use to burn our trash. Because there are wild animals we can't leave any trash overnight.

Saturday Breakfast Team - This team will make biscuits and gravy, set out cereal, fruit, toast, etc. which will be available from 7 a.m. to 9 a.m. This team will also make coffee, tea, and lemonade for the day. Then they will clean up the kitchen for the next team and the next meal.

Pool Tournament Team - We will have a Pool Tournament starting at 10 a.m. on Saturday. This team will be responsible for managing the brackets as the tournament progresses, and determining the winning individual.

Saturday Lunch Team - This team will serve brisket, sausage, beans, potato salad, slaw, etc. I am hoping that Travis Vaughan and James Malone will be in charge of this meal and this team. They will also clean up, replenish any tea, or lemonade, and make sure the kitchen is ready for the next team.

Catch & Release Fishing Tournament Team - We will have a Catch and Release Fishing Tournament from 2 to 4 p.m. on Saturday. Dave and Donna McFadden's favorite son-in-law, Jeremy Janes will lead the team for this event. He will need a team of helpers who actually know how to fish and can bring some fishing equipment. This team will be responsible for organizing any fishing equipment to be used by participants, determining the size of each fish caught, judging on the biggest fish caught, and determining the winner.

Saturday Supper Team - This team will prepare brisket and chicken tacos, beans, rice, etc. I am hoping that Michelle McCarty will be in charge of the meal and this team. They will also clean up and have the kitchen ready for the Sunday breakfast team.
